The User is personally responsible for his/her use of the OldMarket.my Site and/or OldMarket.my Services.

The User uses the OldMarket.my Site and/or the OldMarket.my Services at his/her own risk.

The User SHALL NOT provide any incorrect and/or misleading information including personal information, posted item, advertisement.

The User SHALL NOT post item or advertise in OldMarket.my Site which is against any law at the time being in force in Malaysia.

The User SHALL AGREED the following terms and conditions when using OldMarket.my Site and/or Services:-

› User SHALL NOT post any goods related to DRUGS, CHEMICALS, MEDICINES, WEAPONS, EXPLOSIVE ITEMS.

› User SHALL NOT post any PIRATED goods that contain copyright such as MOVIES, SONGS/MUSICS, PHOTOS, SOFTWARE.

› User SHALL NOT use any photos that contain pornogrphic to describe the items post in OldMarket.my.

› User SHALL NOT post any quick-get-rich schemes And/or any multi-level network marketing system.

› User SHALL NOT use OldMarket.my site to promote any site that contain pornographic, violent, political content.

› User SHALL NOT SPAM the items in OldMarket.my posting. Same item cannot post in the same Category. However, same item can be post to category that are related to that item.

OldMarket.my reserve the rights to suspend the User Account And/or remove the related items/advertisement if found any fraud and/or against any of the terms and conditions listed above.

OldMarket.my SHALL NOT responsible for any fraud items that the User buy from OldMarket.my. However, the User may report the fraud item to OldMarket for further investigation. Action such as suspend The User Account and remove all related posted item and advertisement will be taken if the user found against the User Agreement.

OldMarket.my reserve the rights to add or remove any terms and conditions without any prior notice.
